1Booking and Payment

How far in advance should I make a reservation?

During summer months (June-September), we recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance. For other months, 3-5 days may be sufficient. Early booking provides advantages for special occasions and weekends.

How is my reservation confirmed?

To confirm your reservation, a 20% deposit of the total charter fee is required. The remaining payment is collected on the tour day. Once the deposit is paid, your reservation is secured.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We offer credit card (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer, and cash payment options on the tour day. For online reservations, your credit card information is protected through our secure payment system.

Is online booking secure?

Yes, all our online transactions are conducted over SSL-certified secure connections. As a TÜRSAB member agency (No: 12451), we provide legal assurance. Your personal information is protected and not shared with third parties.

Are prices per person or per boat?

Pricing is generally per person, however our private yacht charter packages also offer per-boat pricing. Pricing details for each tour are clearly stated on the tour page.

Do you offer group discounts?

We offer special discounts for group reservations of 8 people or more. You can receive custom price quotes for corporate events and special occasions. Please contact us for detailed information.

2Cancellation and Change Terms

What are the cancellation terms?

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before tour start Full deposit refund.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours No deposit refund.
  • Good faith policy applies in the last 24 hours Refunds may be possible if we can fill your spot with another customer, but this is not guaranteed.

What happens in case of bad weather?

For tours cancelled by our company due to weather conditions, you will receive a full refund or can reschedule for another date of your choice. Safety comes first.

Can I change my tour date?

Yes, date changes can be made up to 48 hours before the tour, subject to boat availability. You can submit your change request by phone or online. No additional fees apply.

When are refunds processed in case of cancellation?

Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 7-10 business days after your cancellation request is approved. Credit card refunds are reflected in your account through your bank.

What happens in case of force majeure?

We take a flexible approach in cases of illness, accidents, or emergencies upon presentation of documentation. Each situation is evaluated individually and solutions are provided.

How long do the tours last?

Tour durations vary depending on the program you choose:

  • Half-day tours: 4-5 hours
  • Full-day tours: 6-8 hours
  • Sunset tours: approximately 4 hours
  • Alanya to Gazipaşa cove tours: 10-12 hours

What is the departure time and location?

The departure point varies depending on the yacht you choose: Kaleiçi yacht harbor in central Alanya or the new marina at Alanya entrance. Each yacht's departure location is clearly indicated on the website. After your reservation is completed, the exact meeting point, yacht contact information, and meeting time will be sent to you. The meeting time is 5-10 minutes before the tour start time.

How do I get to the meeting point?

The meeting point is either Alanya Kaleiçi yacht harbor or the new marina at Alanya entrance, depending on your chosen yacht. You can easily reach both locations by city taxi, minibus, or private vehicle. For comfort and timely arrival, you can also benefit from our luxury private transfer service; details are shared in the relevant question below.

Do you offer private transfer service? What vehicles and how much?

We offer luxury private transfer service that picks up guests from their hotels, takes them to the yacht harbor, and returns them to their hotels after the tour. Transfers are conducted in comfortable premium vehicles such as Mercedes Vito or Mercedes Maybach.

  • Alanya city center round-trip transfer: approximately 40 USD
  • Remote districts of Alanya (round-trip): 50-70 USD range

Soft drinks are complimentary throughout your journey in our vehicles, and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi is available. Child or baby seats can also be provided upon advance request.

Which areas are visited on the tour route?

Our tours visit Cleopatra Beach, Phosphorus Cave, Lovers Cave, and the Red Tower. Swimming breaks are taken in crystal-clear coves and calm bays. Each tour's route may differ; details are shared during reservation.

Are half-day and full-day options available?

Yes, we offer both half-day (morning or afternoon) and full-day tour options. You can choose the package that suits your time and budget.

Can I request a custom route?

For private yacht charters, you can determine your desired route. Our captain will evaluate your suggestions according to sea conditions and safety regulations. Routes for standard tours are predetermined.

4Boat and Crew Information

What types of boats do you have and what is their capacity?

Our fleet includes various options ranging from 20-person day tour boats to 80-person large gulets. Luxury motor yachts, traditional gulets, and modern catamarans are available. All boats are regularly maintained.

Are the captain and crew licensed?

All our captains hold coastal captain certificates approved by the Ministry of Transport. Our crew is experienced, hospitable, and trained in first aid. Your safety and comfort are our priority.

Are there toilets and showers on the boats?

Yes, all our boats have modern toilet and shower facilities. The boats are cleaned daily and hygiene standards are strictly maintained.

Is there a music system, can we play our own playlist?

All our boats have sound systems. You can play your own music playlist via Bluetooth connection or bring a USB drive. Volume levels should be adjusted considering other guests.

Is it possible to swim from the boat?

Yes, you can safely enter the sea from the boat during scheduled swimming breaks. Boats have ladders and platforms. The captain determines safe swimming areas and announces swimming duration.

5Children, Age, and Accessibility

Can children join the tour? Is there an age limit?

Children can join the tour, there is no age limit. Ages 0-3 are free, children aged 4-12 receive child pricing. Parents are responsible for their children's safety. Life jackets are available for all ages.

Is it suitable to go on a tour with a baby?

You can join the tour with a baby, however we recommend being prepared for sun protection, feeding, and diaper changing. Shaded areas are available on the boats. Tours are comfortable in calm sea conditions.

Can pregnant guests join the tour?

Pregnant guests can join the tour with their doctor's approval. Special caution should be taken during the first and last trimesters. Sea conditions are generally calm, but the decision belongs to you and your doctor.

Is it suitable for guests with disabilities?

While most of our boats don't have full accessibility, boarding and toilet use with assistance is possible. If you inform us of your disability during reservation, we can recommend the most suitable boat.

6Food, Beverage, and Services

Is food included? What type of food is served?

Full-day tours include an open buffet lunch. The menu includes chicken or fish, salad, pasta, and seasonal fruits. Half-day tours offer light snacks and fruits. Tea and coffee are unlimited.

Is alcohol service available?

Alcohol is not included in standard tours, however you can bring your own non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. For private yacht charters, alcohol service can be provided upon request for an additional fee.

Are special menus available for vegetarian, vegan, or guests with allergies?

Yes, if you specify your special dietary needs during reservation, a suitable menu will be prepared for you. We offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other diet options.

Can we bring our own food and beverages?

Yes, you can bring your own snacks and beverages. Please prefer plastic or canned drinks instead of glass bottles. We request attention to keeping the boat clean.

7Tour Preparation and What to Bring

Our guests can freely film with their own drones throughout the tour; no additional permission or fee is required. Some of our yachts also offer drone filming services; our experienced team captures unforgettable aerial footage of you and your group during the tour. Those who wish to benefit from drone services are requested to inform us before the tour for proper organization.

We organize romantic boat decorations, flowers, champagne, and photography services for your marriage proposals. We can plan special routes during sunset hours. We work to make this special moment unforgettable.

Can corporate events or company organizations be arranged?

We provide special boat charters for company outings, motivation events, and business meetings. Presentation equipment, catering, and transfer services can be arranged. Invoicing and group payment options are available.

Can I add special decorations to the boat?

You can add decorations such as balloons, flowers, and banners for special events. You can bring decoration materials yourself or we can organize them. Flammable and dangerous decoration materials are prohibited.

9Safety and Insurance

Are the tours insured?

Yes, all our boats have hull and liability insurance. Guest health and safety are covered by insurance. However, we recommend purchasing travel insurance for your personal belongings.

Are life jackets available?

There are sufficient life jackets available in all sizes for all our guests. Special life jackets for children are available. Wearing a life jacket before entering the sea is not mandatory but recommended.

How are medical emergencies handled?

First aid kits are on board and our crew has received basic first aid training. In emergencies, the nearest coast guard and medical units are contacted. If you have chronic conditions, keep your medications with you.
